Useful if you are starting to produce fashion content with AI, or just want to align vocabulary with your team. ### Product photography for fashion e-commerce The set of images that present a garment in an online store: still, lookbook with a model, details and color variations. At Futuriza these images are generated by AI from a photo, a sketch or a 3D pattern. ### Still photo (garment) A photo of the garment without a model, on a neutral background, used in the e-commerce storefront. It can be on a mannequin, on a hanger, as a flat lay or in ghost format. ### Ghost mannequin (invisible mannequin) A still photo where the garment shows body volume and shape without a visible mannequin. It is the standard for many fashion e-commerce sites to show fit without distracting from the product. ### Flat lay A photo of the garment laid out and arranged on a surface, shot from above. Common in catalogs and marketplaces because it is fast to standardize. ### AI fashion shoot Fashion photo and video production without a physical session: AI generates the model, set, light and poses from brand references and an image of the garment. It replaces or complements the traditional shoot. ### Lookbook A sequence of photos with a model wearing the looks of a collection, with standardized set design and lighting.
